Terms
Vaccinations:
We only accept vaccinated pets. A current vaccination certificate proving C5 for dogs and F3 for cats is required. If vaccinations are overdue there is a 10 day waiting period until your pet is totally immunized.
Check-In:
If possible please bring your dog for admission as early as possible. We discourage admission of dogs after 4.00pm.
Noise:
Unfortunately as suburbia has caught up with us we are unable to take dogs that make excessive noise.
Check-Out:
Our rates are charged on a daily basis regardless of drop-off or collection time. Please see our contact page for our trading hours.
Payment:
Full payment is required the first time your pet is admitted. EFTPOS facilities are available.
Special Requirements:
Please let us know if your pet has any special dietary requirements or unusual behaviour. Your pet may bring something from home such as a toy or blanket, however we cannot guarantee its return or condition.
Medication:
Details of the medication and appropriate dosage must be given in writing to avoid any mistakes or misunderstandings. Please ensure your pet is on flea treatment.
